Hi, when i search the game in microsoft compatibility center, it says that the game is compatible with windows 7. 1.firstly, i recommend you run the game in compatibility mode.. Hello, i moved files from my old laptop to my new pc build from 3 years ago. now i get "age of empires expansion has stopped working" every time i launch it.. "age of empires ii hd the conquerors expansion has stop working" hi whenever i play online vs my friend my game randomly crashes after around 10 to 20 min and it says "age of empires ii hd the conquerors expansion has stopped working"..
You didn't mention whether the game is purchased or downloaded from internet.. if you purchase a game officially you will never find these kind of problems with single player mode.if so uninstall the game and reinstall it again..
